Join the Madison Wellness Network for a nourishing morning of connection, creativity, and nervous-system-supportive healing in Cambridge, WI.
We’ll be gathering with Stephanie Lochetta, self-love coach, and her partner Katlyn Hanover, for a thoughtfully curated experience designed to help you slow down, integrate, and reconnect with yourself in community.
✨ What to Expect
This is a gentle, integrative experience, not a high-intensity workshop.
Neurographic Art – We’ll begin with a guided creative process that supports clarity, regulation, and subconscious integration through intuitive line-based art.
Sound Bath + Reiki – Following the art session, you’ll be immersed in a combined sound and energy healing experience to support relaxation, balance, and nervous system settling.
Community Connection – Space to connect with fellow wellness practitioners and caregivers in an easy, grounded way.
🍽 After the Session (Optional & Informal)
After our 10–12 gathering, those who wish can walk across the street together to:
