Join us for a "Shake Out Run" on Saturday at the Monona Terrace. Meet by the info booth at 10:30 a.m. Chat with some pacers, drink coffee, and shake out some of your pre-race nerves! We will go a max of 3 miles (out-and-back) on the Capital City Trail. The expo is open from 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Please RSVP via the ticket link so we know to expect you.
