Join us for an innovative high impact programme designed to support manufacturing and engineering companies across the East of England.
About this Event

The Made Smarter Digital Transformation programme is a high-impact FULLY FUNDED training initiative designed to empower manufacturing businesses across the East of England to innovate, boost productivity and adopt digital technologies.

The course includes 5 x in-person days, 3 x virtual workshops, roadmap development coaching and an alumni event.

The programme Tailored for senior managers and directors, the programme is delivered by the University of East Anglia in collaboration with leading industry experts from the region. We hope to secure some complimentary guest speakers and case studies as part of the course.

By the end of the programme, those taking part will be equipped with the strategic acumen and leadership insights needed to capitalise on digital and smart technologies, driving transformative growth within their organisations. Spanning person workshops and online sessions, the programme blends expert-led insights, interactive learning, company visits and real-world case studies to deliver an engaging and practical experience.

This programme is fully funded by Department for Business and Trade as part of Made Smarter Adoption, East of England Programme.

  • Spaces are limited to one representative per organisation
  • There is a strong expectation that you will be able to attend all sessions
  • Made Smarter Adoption is only able to support Manufacturing SMEs across the East of England. If your organisation is part of a larger group, eligibility data is captured at group level. So, if your organisation exceeds 2 or more of the following, unfortunately your organisations falls outside of scope of support: More than £36m turnover; Exceeds £18m total balance sheet; Exceeds more than 250 staff.
