About Made Smarter
Made Smarter helps manufacturers in the Tees Valley increase profits, improve efficiency, and grow by investing in smart technology, people, and processes.
You can get hands on help to develop a digital roadmap for your business, access specialist training and workshops, and apply for grant funding to help you purchase and implement new software and/ or equipment.
Since launching in the Tees Valley, we’ve supported more than 100 manufacturing SMEs to:

Registration Criteria
To participate in Made Smarter businesses must:
- Manufacture a product
- Have a manufacturing facility in the Tees Valley
- Employ less than 249 staff
