We are all members of the Body of Christ, called to both use our gifts as a member of the Body and seek communion with others within it. But what do we do when the Body is hurting? How do we seek and offer care and healing – for ourselves, others, our church and our communities? Join us for a day that will explore these themes and invite us into intentional prayer and reflection on being “Made in the Image of God: Seeing Ourselves and Others as the Body of Christ.” Reflection leaders will help us think about how we care for ourselves and how we serve community, recognizing both as our call in the One Body of Christ.
The retreat will include fellowship, reflection talks and time for individual prayer. Refreshments and lunch are included.
