Madam Curry Dinner - Fire Food This Madam Curry night is about returning to the way food was meant to be cooked… slowly, patiently, over a proper wood fire. Not rushed. Not staged. Just time, flame, and generations of memory.
The four main dishes of the evening will all be cooked over wood fire, allowing the smoke, heat, and slow simmer to deepen every flavour.
