On Wednesday, January 28th the Community Center for the Performing Arts proudly welcomes Mad Caddies back to the WOW Hall.ormed in Santa Barbara, California, in 1995, the Mad Caddies quickly emerged as a unique force in the music scene with their original name "The Ivy League".
