This self-management program for people affected by cancer can help you cope emotionally, psychologically, and practically by building confidence, managing stress and fatigue, setting goals, and connecting with others who understand your experience. Developed by Macmillan Cancer Support and Coventry University, it uses positive psychology and cognitive behavioural therapy to help participants move forward and regain control of their lives.
