This is the FIRST class you need when you are beginning to sew – much like Drivers Ed for a sewing machine!We will start by going over all the tools that are necessary for successful machine sewing (other than a machine) and some that are just helpful to have. Then we will get you familiarized with the different parts and accessories of your machine and how they work. We will also go over basic care/maintenance of your machine, and get you up-and-running and ready to sew.
At the end of the class we will make a simple project using your new skills. Even if you have sewn in the past and just want to brush up on your skills, this is a great class for you to learn some new things.
