This class is designed for those looking to develop the confidence to make expert macarons on your own. A Master Class provides significant one-on-one time with the Pastry Chef, Annie Clemmons. Participants will work at their own station to practice the art of making French macarons.

The class will begin with a step-by-step demo of the entire process. You will have a visual of each step and be able to ask any questions about the process. Then you will make your own batch of macarons start to finish- no teams or groups. You’ll measure the ingredients, crack the eggs, mix and pipe. You’ll pick the color, flavor and size. The entire time Chef Annie will be there to help out when you need it.

Together we’ll bake the macarons and everyone will assemble their creations.

While the macrons are drying, baking and cooling, Chef Annie will demo three fillings: curd, chocolate ganache and white chocolate ganache.

We will provide additional filling flavors for you to fill your shells. Each participant will leave with approximately two dozen macarons, recipes for the macaron shell and fillings as well as a guide booklet with tips and tricks.

You do not need to bring anything to class we have all the supplies including aprons and packaging for your finished product.  

Getting Here:  We are accessible from the red line- only 500 feet from the viers mill exit!  There are two county parking lots across from our store.  You can park in either- link here.  We will provide a parking validation code in your welcome email.

Our classes are held downstairs, which can be accessed from our back door on triangle lane.  You’ll want to use 11212 Triangle Lane 20902 with your navigation.

• Classes can be cancelled 7 days in advance for 
• Within seven days, but before two days classes can be cancelled for future credit. 
• 48 hours before the class starts we cannot accommodate cancellations or credit.  You can transfer your ticket to a friend or family member at any time. 

• This class requires a minimum of 2 people.  If the class is under enrolled you will receive a full refund. 
• Class timing is approximate. All classes are designed to finish within the time allotted; however, with any live, hand-on experience, things may happen and class may run over, or you may finish your project early.
