About this Event
Mac N’ Toss is a DC-area girl band trio of 20-somethings mad about the world and ready to share our rage through music. Their music is best described as alt-rock and indie meets riot grrrl. As musicians with a combined 40+ years of experience in playing, performing, and independent writing, we’ve come together and are currently working on Mac N’ Toss’ first EP. Some featured tracks include Feminine Reverie, Have You Ever Met a Boy, and Rabid. Our originals speak to the femme and queer experience, but we also play covers ranging from classic women in rock to ironically misogynistic dad-rock. In the band’s and our fans’ experience, everything is a little more fun when Mac N’ Toss is involved!
