The NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) presents this free online program event for our New York City-certified Goods and Services Minority- and/or Woman-Owned Businesses Enterprises (M/WBEs) - limited seating:

Goods & Services M/WBEs: Meet NYC Agencies, Their Prime Vendors and M/WBE Mentors

Join us and meet directly with NYC agencies: Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS), Department of Education (DOE), Department of Social Services (DSS) and Office of Technology and Information (OTI), their prime vendors and our M/WBE Mentors, some of whom have identified goods and services (non-construction) sub-contracting needs for their current and upcoming projects.

NYC agencies, their prime vendors, and Goods & Services industry M/WBE Mentors, who are also primes, will be on hand to explain how they build relationships with contractors and sub-contractors, like you. Some will have identified subcontracting needs for current and upcoming projects that your company may be able to fill.

Even if you don’t want to work with a prime vendor, come anyway. The City just raised M/WBE Non-Competitive Small Purchases Contracts from $1million to $1.5 million, giving M/WBEs the opportunity to compete as primes on City contracts up to $1.5 million!

You'll have the opportunity to ask questions in small group breakout sessions following the panel discussion. You’ll also receive a list of upcoming opportunities with contact information, so you can start building your relationships immediately.
