Intuitive painting helps you to try out new things, connect to your heart and body while discovering your inner self, you let it out onto the canvas!
We are going to try many different techniques and materials, let ourselves be bold and let go and paint on a big canvas, but most importantly activate the creative flow within that will give you boost of energy and inspiration!
We begin with a 30 mins gentle yoga flow suitable for beginners and everyone to connect to our bodies and the rhythm within! And slowly move into an intuitive painting workshop.
You can borrow yoga mat or bring your own!
Class is held in English.
About the instructor:
Anna Sun is a professional fine artist and a certified yoga teacher. She has been painting since she was a child and teaching yoga since 2016. Anna has completed her art studies at Milan Art Institute. Her artwork is collected internationally including USA, Canada, EU and more.
