During the classes, we create a supportive space where I share my experiences from my technical and creative work.
Starting from mastering technical basics, transitions, rolls, and poses, we move on to discovering dynamic and falling tricks. All of this is complemented by creative exercises.
Experiencing the integration of technical skills into movement qualities as you move from the ground to the air, you develop a deeply personal connection with the hoop.
