Please join us for the next monthly meeting of the Lynchburg Civil War Round Table! We meet at The Summit Retirement Center, 1400 Enterprise Drive, in their Community Room. Our guest speaker will be Kelly Childress, Site Director, American Civil War Museum. Her topic is "April 9, 1865 & Beyond" in which she will talk about how the events of that day, Lee's Surrender to Grant at Appomattox, changed the lives of several who were there. The cost to attend for a non-member of the LCWRT is $10. Dinner is served for all who desire it at a cost of $25. Dinner is served at 6:30pm.
