Arrival & welcome
Step into a calm, cosy space with soft lighting, time to settle in, and a gentle start to the evening.
Gentle movement & body awareness
We’ll begin with light, guided movement to help your body relax, open up, and prepare for the session ahead.
Lymphatic drainage & self-care guidance
You’ll learn how to support your lymphatic system in a way that feels simple and realistic, including guidance on body brushing and daily habits that help reduce puffiness and support your body naturally.
Hands-on facial gua sha practice
A fully guided facial routine where you’ll learn how to sculpt, release tension, and boost circulation while actually feeling the effects in real time.
Tea & reset break
Time to pause, chat, and enjoy a warm drink in a relaxed, welcoming space.
Guided relaxation & meditation
We’ll finish with a 15-minute guided
meditation, wrapped up under a cosy blanket, allowing your body to fully switch off and absorb the session.
