About this Event
Join us for a 2-hour immersive wellness experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and build strength through mindful movement and community connection. This experience blends functional movement, conscious breathwork, gentle yoga, and ceremonial cacao into one intentional journey.
What to Expect
Animal Flow – Strength through movement
A ground-based movement practice inspired by animal locomotion designed to build strength, mobility, coordination, and body awareness. This practice helps you reconnect with natural movement patterns while developing functional strength in a playful and supportive way.
Conscious Breathwork – Nervous system regulation
Through guided breathing techniques, you will learn how to activate energy, regulate stress responses, and create more balance in your nervous system. This practice supports mental clarity, emotional regulation, and deeper connection to self.
Gentle Yoga Flow – Restore and soften
A slow and mindful yoga flow focused on releasing tension, improving mobility, and restoring harmony between body and mind. This portion of the experience is accessible to all levels and emphasizes awareness over intensity.
Ceremonial Cacao – Heart opening connection
We will close with ceremonial cacao, a traditional plant medicine used to support reflection, presence, and heart-centered connection. This space invites participants to slow down, share (optionally), and deepen connection with themselves and the group.
(Final flow order may be adjusted to best support the group experience.)
Duration: 2 hours
Participants are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in and stay an additional 15 minutes after for optional integration, discussion, and connection.
Open to all levels (no experience required)
