We are launching a new series of conversations and we begin with a topic that is so important in Luxembourg: Education, Languages and Integration in Luxembourg.For many newcomers, understanding life in Luxembourg also means learning how the education system works and how languages shape everyday integration.
Our soon coming LuxBuzz Integration Breakfast will explore exactly these questions.
The event is organised by The LuxBuzz Academy ASBL within the framework and with the support of the Biergerpakt for Intercultural Living Together by MIFA.
We are delighted to welcome our guest speaker Lorraine Duong - a foreign language educator and audiovisual project manager at the Institut de formation de l’Éducation nationale (IFEN).
Lorraine is a passionate polyglot and creator of learning initiatives supporting language learning and integration in Luxembourg. She is also the founder of My French du jour and My Little Language Lab – projects, dedicated to helping both adults and children develop confidence in communication and language learning.
During the conversation we will explore:
- how the Luxembourg education system functions
- the role of languages in everyday integration
- opportunities and pathways in the education sector
- practical advice for families and newcomers
The breakfast is designed as a friendly conversation in a small group, where everyone can ask questions and share experiences.
