We’re excited to launch our first-ever bi-monthly LUX VIP Sydney lunch, taking place on Friday 27th March at the iconic Cafe Sydney. From here on, this lunch will run every two months on the final Friday, creating a new signature rhythm for our Sydney community.
Perched above Circular Quay at Customs House, Cafe Sydney delivers one of the city’s most quintessential dining experiences, with sweeping rooftop views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House. It’s the perfect backdrop for relaxed, high-level conversation, long lunches and meaningful connections.
Guests will enjoy a refined three-course lunch, selecting one dish per course from a curated menu showcasing seasonal Australian produce and bold, modern flavours.
Entrée options include tomato tart tatin with herb crème fraîche, raw Mooloolaba tuna with caper and red pepper dressing, classic beef tartare, or Western Australian octopus with green romesco and fennel caper salsa.
For mains, choose from Dutch cream potato gnocchi with preserved lemon salsa verde, tandoori roasted New Zealand salmon with masala curry sauce, barramundi with fregola and prawn bisque, or beef tenderloin with king brown mushroom and horseradish onion cream — all served with Darling Mills Farm leaves and champagne vinaigrette.
Dessert selections range from yuzu brûlée cheesecake and strawberry semifreddo to flourless chocolate orange cake or an individual cheese plate with seasonal accompaniments.
This lunch is designed for Sydney professionals, founders and leaders who value great food, elevated venues and genuine connection — with limited seats to keep the experience intimate.
