Set within a low-lit, Tokyo-inspired space, Yamagen blends a cool izakaya atmosphere with formidable culinary discipline. Expect glossy black interiors, an exceptional Japanese whisky and saké selection, and a menu that balances tradition with modern invention — the perfect backdrop for meaningful connection and conversation.

Edamame (salted), Hokkaido Scallop Sashimi with wakame, ginger & lime dressing, karkalua and pink pepper, Sashimi Tacos featuring salmon with wasabi salsa and tuna with mustard soy on warm sushi rice with yuzu avocado and house spicy mayo, House-made Wagyu Beef Gyoza with miso mustard, Tempura Whitebait with preserved yuzu mayonnaise, Kushiyaki Ranger’s Valley Wagyu MS6+ with wasabi butter, House Salad with avocado, nashi, wakame and sesame dressing, Dry Aged Duck Breast with beetroot purée, witlof, sansho and orange, followed by Passionfruit & Coconut Panna Cotta with burnt orange caramel and citrus accents.
