La justice migrante comme boussole
L’Observatoire pour la justice migrante (OPLJM) propose un espace de discussion pour examiner comment lutter contre la fascisation du monde à partir des marges, en gardant la justice migrante comme boussole.
À travers des voix ancrées dans les luttes, la recherche critique et l’expérience vécue, cet espace mettra en lumière ce que les premières cibles du durcissement autoritaire — personnes migrantes, sans statut, racisées — nous apprennent sur les mécanismes qui sont de plus en plus visibles et spectaculaires, et sur les formes de résistance qui existent depuis longtemps et celles qui s’inventent, ici et ailleurs.

L’Observatoire pour la justice migrante est un organisme indépendant à but non lucratif fondé par plusieurs acteurs et actrices appartenant au milieu académique et à la société civile québécoise.
Sa mission est centrée sur la recherche, l’analyse, la mobilisation et la diffusion des savoirs critiques dans une approche d’éducation libératrice, afin de soutenir une vision de la société plus juste envers les personnes immigrantes et un meilleur accès à leurs droits.

Using Migrant Justice as a Guide
The Observatoire pour la justice migrante (OPLJM) offers a space for discussing how to fight the global trend toward fascism from the margins, using migrant justice as a guide. Activists will share insights based on their participation in the struggle, critical research, and lived experience.
This event will shed light on what the first targets of authoritarian crackdowns—migrant, stateless, and racialized people—can tell us about the increasingly visible and performative mechanisms of oppression. They will also discuss means of resistance, including those that have long existed and those now emerging in Canada and elsewhere.

The Observatoire pour la justice migrante is an independent non-profit organization founded by numerous stakeholders from Quebec’s academic sector and civil society.
Its mission focuses on research, analysis, engagement, and the sharing of critical knowledge via a liberation pedagogy-based approach. It aims to promote a vision of society where immigrants are treated more justly and have increased access to their rights.
