Lunenburg Doc Fest is Atlantic Canada’s leading documentary festival and forum that runs from September 17—21, 2025. This year, they will be holding a special screening of the film, How To Build A Library, on September 21st at 4pm.In Kenya’s bustling capital Nairobi, two visionary young women set out to reclaim a colonial-era library once reserved for whites only. Their goal is to transform it into a vibrant cultural center for a new generation of young Africans. Along the way, they must navigate local politics, raise millions for the rebuild, and confront the lingering ghosts of Kenya’s colonial past.
