A new regular activity, taking place at 12.15pm-1pm on the second Wednesday of each month.
Hosted at OrangeYoga Studio, this inclusive, mixed-level yoga class is open to everyone!
From complete beginners to experienced yogis, we’ll explore flowing movement guided by the breath, with options offered throughout so you can move in a way that feels right for your body.
We’ll begin by grounding, flow mindfully through the practice, and finish with the ultimate relaxation in savasana.
A supportive, friendly space to build strength, flexibility, and awareness.
A chance to escape for 45 minutes and enjoy moving together.
Mats are available to borrow at the stdio but please feel free to bring your own.
Tickets are free* for Cheltenham BID levy paying businesses with a maximum allocation of 2 tickets per business.
