We’re kicking off something new at PowerHouse and you’re invited to be part of the very first one.
Lunchbox Sessions is our version of the ultimate midday reset: step away from your desk, grab lunch from local, women-owned, Fox Tale Fermentation Project, and catch an intimate live set from a touring band, Daishychain, passing through the Bay.
For our debut session, we’re hosting Daisychain as they roll through on their West Coast tour. Fresh off the release of their debut album All In A Name, produced by Sylvia Massy (Tool, Prince, Red Hot Chili Peppers), their sound blends sultry vocals, gritty garage rock energy, dreamy harmonies, and unexpected textures that hit differently in an intimate setting.
Known for their bold fermented flavors, vegan food and award winning beer, Fox Tale was also recently featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Needless to say, lunch is not an afterthought here. We're asking you to pre-purchase your ticket and select your menu option in advance to keep the event flowing smoothly and minimize transactions during the show so everyone can relax and enjoy the experience and get back to work or wherever it is you need to be promptly after.

Funk Bowl (GF, Vegan)
Spring mix and warm black rice, in a fermented tomato vinaigrette with raw & roasted seasonal veg, black chickpeas, avocado, salt & pepper kraut and toasted cultured seeds
Loaded Mac & Cheeze (Vegan, contains cashews)
Vesuvio Pasta with Cultured Cashew & Sunflower Queso, Roast Broccoli & Cauliflower, Cacao & Black Sesame Chili Oil
House Made Non-Alcoholic Kombucha (included with your meal)
We’ll also be filming each Lunchbox Session with high quality audio + video as part of our mission to amplify artists and help their work live beyond the room.
