Cree Rillo is a certified Mental Health Coach for the One Week In Paradise wellness immersion program. Her practice focuses on depression, anxiety, abuse/trauma recovery, stress and anger management, healthy lifestyles and life transitions. Having first-hand experience of the benefits of coaching, Cree is passionate about helping others find hope and wholeness.
