Lunch N Learn: Wills, Trusts and Estates

John Bennett of Origin Title will share his knowledge of Wills, Trusts and Estates. The class will focus on what probate is, how it affects closings, and how to avoid probate altogether. Agents will understand the difference between testate and intestate estates, how each of those are probated and,  the consequences of each with respect to their closings. The class will also discuss Instruments used to avoid probate, such as JTWROS, Transfer on Death Deeds, and lastly Trusts, and why Trusts are the best way to avoid probate and transfer assets from one generation to another.
