• Diacre Bayishime is a dynamic entrepreneur and seasoned consultant with a project management, computer science, marketing, and business development background. He was recruited into CÉCS's SME Succession Hub program on December 7, 2023, and the CÉCS's Solution Repreneuriat program on July 25, 2024.
  Holding a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Saskatchewan and an Associate Project Manager certification, Diacre combines technical expertise with strategic acumen to drive business success.

As the Co-Founder and COO of Kaiya Kreatives Marketing Inc., Diacre Bayishime is a dynamic entrepreneur and seasoned consultant with a project management, computer science, marketing, and business development background. He was recruited into CÉCS's has excelled in developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies, spearheading business development efforts, and providing comprehensive training to clients. His proficiency in website development, instructional design, and strategic growth planning ensures that businesses reach and exceed their goals.Diacre's entrepreneurial journey includes significant experience in buying and selling businesses. He has successfully bought, managed, and sold applications using platforms like Flippa, demonstrating a keen eye for market opportunities and an ability to maximize business value. His strategic insights have enabled him to create and manage multiple e-commerce shops and consult for startups, helping them achieve sustainable growth and market presence.

At DFYS SaaS, Diacre's Co-Founder and Business Growth Manager role involved crafting growth strategies for SaaS projects, identifying new market opportunities, and managing key client accounts. His leadership and collaborative approach, including the audience, have driven project success and enhanced product offerings. Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, Diacre has been a valuable business advisor for the Black Canadian Chamber of Commerce, assisting over 120 business owners in setting up their businesses using the GrowthWheel method and building compelling business plans. As a founding member and board director of Black Professional Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan, he continues to mentor and support new entrepreneurs. Diacre is dedicated to leveraging his extensive experience in buying and selling businesses to help entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of business transactions. His strategic approach and passion for empowering business owners make him an invaluable asset to those looking to buy, sell, or grow their businesses.

• Laurson Riviere est consultant en gestion d'entreprise et coach exécutif au sein du Margaret Ileh Group, où il est expert en fusions et acquisitions à travers le Canada. Il a été recruté dans le programme Solution Repreneuriat du CÉCS le 8 mai 2024. En plus de ses responsabilités professionnelles, Laurson est un conférencier renommé qui donne des conférences sur le changement d'état d'esprit et les Moonshots. L'engagement de M. Laurson à promouvoir l'innovation et la croissance se manifeste par sa participation active à l'organisation d'événements liés à l'entrepreneuriat et au développement personnel.
