Joia is a dedicated educator and entrepreneur who has combined her passion for literature and her commitment to education into a thriving nonprofit. She is the founder of Literature Circle Society, a nonprofit devoted to enriching the lives of disadvantaged youth through the power of book clubs. Joia's initiative aims to foster a love of reading, enhance literacy skills, and create a supportive community for young readers who might not otherwise have access to such opportunities. Her innovative approach not only nurtures intellectual growth but also provides a safe space for youth to explore diverse perspectives and build critical thinking skills.Lunch: $14 at the door (not required to attend).
