This Lunch & Learn explores the impact of the Bible on C. S. Lewis, one of the greatest Christian apologists of the twentieth century, and how Lewis encouraged others to read and learn from the Bible through his fiction and non-fiction works. Join Dr. Joel Woodruff, president of the C. S. Lewis Institute, who will examine how Lewis came to understand the Gospels as “the true myth that actually happened,” and how the Bible is reflected throughout his writings. The lecture will be followed by a Q&A.Lunch & Learn is a free in-person or online program. If you wish to attend Lunch & Learn in person, please remember a museum general admission ticket is required for entry.
