About this Event
Across the logistics sector, many processes still rely on fragmented systems, manual handovers, and point-to-point integrations between parties. This complexity limits scalability, slows down operations, and increases both operational and security risks.
Integration is the strategic capability that makes digital transformation in logistics real and operational.
In this Lunch & Learn, we use Secure Container Release (SCR) as a concrete, living example of what integration can achieve. SCR replaces fragmented, PIN-based container pick-up processes with a secure, identity-based digital workflow connecting ocean carriers, freight forwarders, consignees, transporters, and terminals. It's a powerful illustration of how well-designed integration turns a complex, multi-party process into a streamlined digital flow.
We explore this from three angles:
- The operational reality of a logistics company implementing SCR,
- The platform layer that enables trusted collaboration across the ecosystem, and
- The integration layer that makes it all work in practice, connecting existing systems, automating handovers, and embedding the innovation into daily operations.
The key takeaway: integration is not a technical afterthought, but a strategic enabler that allows logistics organizations to scale, adapt, and collaborate in an increasingly interconnected supply chain.
🥪 Lunch is provided. Seats are limited.
