For more than 100 years, Easterseals has been breaking down barriers for people with disabilities. Today, Easterseals Midwest supports over 23,000 individuals each year across Illinois, Kansas, and Missouri through programs focused on autism, employment, health, and more.
In this session, you’ll learn more about the impact of their work, gain practical insights on supporting neurodiversity and individuals on the autism spectrum in the workplace, and explore ways to get involved and make a difference in your community.
Whether you’re an employer, manager, or community member, you’ll walk away with a better understanding of how to create more inclusive spaces and support opportunities for all abilities.
