Florida districts are being pushed to make high-stakes AI decisions fast. With the Florida AI Task Force recommendations and the push for “AI-Ready Graduates,” many teams are piloting tools before governance is in place.
On Feb 26, we’re hosting a small group of Orlando-area leaders for a free working lunch in Winter Park to share a practical, board-ready framework for moving from scattered pilots to a coordinated plan.
