Would-be composer Winslow Leach (William Finley) is eager to sell his rock cantata version of Faust to powerful music producer Swan (Paul Williams, who also wrote the score). Swan is able to persuade him to finish his work and sign a contract with him...but there’s more to the contract than Winslow realizes, as he finds out the shocking truth about Swan himself...
