After completing his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in the spring of 1994 from Brigham Young University, Bryan Caffrey moved to Mesa, Arizona, and became a full-time residential appraiser. Shortly thereafter, Bryan started KS Appraisal, a successful Appraisal Firm, training, managing, and developing new and veteran Arizona appraisers alike. In 2008, Bryan founded Arivs Appraisal Management right here in the valley. Arivs now has 8 offices around the country and has grown to become the 3rd largest Appraisal Management Company in the country. Bryan has been a guest speaker at several Realtor training classes over the years as well as Loan Officer training courses. Bryan has been a member of the Collateral Risk Network meeting quarterly with top mortgage industry leaders and politicians to further guide and protect the future of the mortgage industry across the country.
