Lunar Rhythms: An Introductory to Working with the Moon

I have been working with the Moon's energy for 8 years and it has provided me with many benefits: stability after divorce, a space to process challenging emotions, greater wisdom of myself, permission to pause, knowledge of when to take action, community with other women and so much more.

I would like to pass this knowledge on and teach other women how to use the Moon to create magic in their day to day.

In this free workshop, we’ll explore how women once lived in relationship with the moon - using its cycles as a calendar for action, rest, reflection, and renewal. Returning to these rhythms helps us move through life with more balance, clarity, and trust, rather than burnout or force.

You’ll learn how to work with the lunar phases and by using your rising sign, you'll learn to understand where to focus, when to take action, and when to surrender and rest. We’ll explore intention-setting, release, and emotional awareness - using the moon as a guide rather than a rulebook.

No previous knowledge of astrology needed.

We’ll gather at Yoni Mudra Art Gallery, a space that feels like a deep exhale and dedicated to the divine feminine. Together, we’ll connect with other women, share insights, and come back to ourselves - not through fixing or forcing, but through remembering who we are beneath the doing.

This workshop also introduces the beginning of a New Moon circle series for those who feel called to continue gathering in community on the Astrological New Year beginning. We can come together and plant the seeds to our desires. ✨
