About this Event
Refresh and restore your Soul during this 90 minute yogic full moon ceremony. We will begin our practice by writing down something that we need to let go of, allowing for release. Paper and pens will be provided. During class we will keep in mind our intention of letting go of whatever weighs us down, checking in multiple times with our thoughts and attachments around what needs to be released from our beings. Class begins as the sun dips below the horizon, painting a gorgeous watercolor masterpiece of intense colors, creating pure magic for our eyes to indulge in. The light will slowly disappear and as we glance to the sky we will see the moon rising with her calming feminine and compassionate energies. We will bath in her cleansing glow as we rest in savasana. After we close class we will gather around the fire, creating a supportive circle for us to release what no longer serves us. We will then place our paper from the beginning of class into the flames, removing obstacles and igniting our authentic life purpose. Kind, compassionate energy around the fire will support and lift each of us up so that we are feeling strong and confident to move forward with your ultimate dharmic path.
If the weather is too cold or wet class will transition indoors and our fire releasing ceremony will transition to a water releasing ceremony.
Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.
