About this Event
On March 13, the sky gives us quite a show with a full blood moon that will be totally eclipsed around midnight PT. The eclipse provides a good opportunity to reflect. The focus of that reflection - what we have released, lost, cleansed over the past several months. The intentions for our practice - to move into spaciousness around what has been shed; to be compassionate toward ourselves; to restore our inner strength. Please join us in a community-oriented sound meditation to release attachment and restore our hearts.

SETUP
Bring a yoga mat with blankets and pillows to rest on, as you will be invited to lay down on the floor. Wear comfortable clothes. If you require a chair, it will be made available. A journal would be great for any pending thoughts or experiences.
