Lunar Calm: A Full Moon Yoga & Breathwork Journey

As the full moon rises over Denver, join us at Cereset Cherry Creek for an evening of gentle yoga, calming breathwork, and inner renewal. From our 9th-floor east-facing suite, you wil have a unique view of the moonrise, a perfect backdrop for quiet reflection and nervous system reset.

We’ll begin with soft, restorative movement to release the day, followed by guided breathwork to deepen calm and clarity. As twilight settles and the moon glows brighter, you’ll feel your body and mind align with nature’s rhythm of release and renewal.

Cereset is located in Cherry Tower on the 9th floor. Free visitor parking is available in front of the building. Handicap accessibility is available at the South end of the building.
