LUMEN: The Light Returning Spring Sound Bath

As the earth turns gently back toward the sun and the days begin to stretch open again, we gather to welcome the quiet return of light.
This Lumen evening begins with gentle movement and simple myofascial release to soften your body, unwind held tension, and prepare to fully receive.
Slowly, the edges of the day dissolve as we arrive fully in our bodies.
Now it’s time to build your nest. Blankets, cushions, warmth, stillness.
From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative sound journey with harp and crystal singing bowls and other instruments.
Waves of vibration wash through your body, inviting the nervous system to settle, the mind to soften, and your heart to open.
Spring carries the energy of possibility.
A subtle but undeniable shift toward life, warmth, and growth.
As the light returns to the world around us, this evening is an invitation to notice where it may be returning within you too.
A little pocket of magic in the midst of life.
A place to pause, soften, and simply receive.

Come in your comfiest, cosiest layers.
Bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, socks, eye mask.
You will be lying down for much of the evening.
No experience is needed. Just your beautiful self.
