Candlelight Mat Pilates - lululemon x Boston Body Pilates
Slow down and reset with a calming evening of Candlelight Mat Pilates at the lululemon Newbury Experiential Studio.
This 60-minute, all levels Mat Pilates class is designed to help you unwind through gentle, mindful movement in a relaxing dimly lit, candlelit environment. Whether you're brand new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner, this restoritave session offers the perfect opportunity to release tension, reconnect with your body, and ease into the week ahead.
In partnership with Boston Body Pilates, this class will focus on slow, controlled movement, breath awareness, and light stretching to leave you feeling refreshed and restored.
Mats will be provided - just bring yourself and comfortable clothing you can move in.
Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled before class begins.
