Come to Il Centro for a full evening of authentic Italian sausage making and learn how to master the art of handcrafting sausages from scratch.
Discover the secrets of old-school homemade Italian sausages with our sausage maker extraordinaire: Luigi Bastone.
In this intimate, hands-on workshop attendees will learn how to make spicy and mild Italian sausages, try Luigi’s salami, sample seasoned pork loin and bring home your homemade sausages.
Bring an apron, a clean container, and your appetite! Feel free to bring your own bottle of wine if you'd like!
The workshop will take place on November 17, from 6:00 - 9:30 pm in the Italian Cultural Centre's Trattoria.
