We’re rolling into Ludington, right on Lake Michigan @ W Loomis St (boat launch small beach) with our wood-fired mobile saunas for a day of hot + cold contrast therapy. Expect pure relaxation, natural energy, and a social vibe that beats any bar scene.
What to Expect:
• 60 or 100 minutes in our wood-fired saunas 🌡️
• Cold-water plunges between rounds ❄️
• Time to recharge, connect, and feel amazing
💰 Pricing:
• 60 min session = $30 (2–3 hot/cold cycles)
• 100 min session = $45 (4+ cycles + linger time)
