1 hour of relaxing and rejuvenating live music with singing bowls, wind gong, drum and more.
This is a group event.
For your comfort, please bring any combination of the following: a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, bolster, warm socks, and an eye mask to create a cozy "nest" to fully relax and enjoy the experience.
There is no such thing as too much, practice building your sound bath "nest" at home to see what you will need to be comfortable for an hour of limited movement. I want you to have the best possible experience.
Note-worthy: an eye mask can help to block out extra sensory input, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the sound and vibration. You will get cold, bring a warm blanket (everyone gets cold, even during warm weather).
If the floor is not for you, please bring a comfy collapsible chair, i.e. a gravity lawn chair.
It's recommended to avoid alcohol and other substances for at least 24 hours before and after the sound bath.

Tickets are required - use the ticket link in the event, use the website ticket link, call or stop by the shop prior to the day of the event. Bundle & Save: 4/$45 package available.
Drop ins are welcome at your own risk. If there are no ticket sales I will not be there. Due to limited space you may not get an ideal placement. You can always call to see if there are openings the day of the event.
