Raffle Rules
1. Must be 18 years of age to purchase raffle tickets.
2. Raffle drawing will take place on Saturday, March 14, 2026 @ 8 pm during
the Knights of Columbus St. Patrick’s Day Dinner at Hallen Hall. 812 Bowker St
SE, Lacey WA 98503.
3. Any member of the Holy Family School organization or an individual who is under the direction of a member may buy or sell tickets. Note: Although students are part of the organization and may sell tickets, they are under 18 and cannot purchase tickets.
4. Cash prizes are as follows: One $1,000 grand prize. Secondary prize. Two $500 cash prizes and two $250 cash prizes will be drawn.
5. Floor if ticket sales do not cover cash prizes is 50% of cash prizes (i.e. $500, $250, $250, and $125 respectively).
6. If gross proceeds do not reach $5,000, then winners will proportionally receive 50% of proceeds with 50% going to Holy Family School (i.e. the floor plus add’l).
7. The person drawing the winning ticket will be an independent party who has NOT purchased a raffle ticket.
8. Prize winners do not need to be present to win.
9. Tickets or money for tickets may not be sent through mail (i.e. federal regulations). If out of state purchases occur, a pdf of tickets will be taken as proof of sale and emailed to the recipient.
10. If, after due diligence, the prize winner does not claim the prize, it will be forfeited back to the organization. Due diligence is defined in WA Gaming Commission pamphlet “Helpful House Rules for Raffles.”
11. Information regarding purchasers of the tickets must be CLEARLY printed on the raffle ticket with complete information to contact winners.
