1. Guided Meditation:
We begin with a brief, gentle meditation to quiet the mind and prepare the body for deep rest and inner journeying.
2. Lucid Dream Soundbath:
Settle into Savasana and drift into the dreamscape as you're immersed in a restful and soothing soundbath using vibrational instruments that support lucid sleep. These frequencies help shift brainwaves into the hypnagogic state—the threshold between waking and dreaming.
3. Dream Recall & Journaling:
As we slowly return from our dream journey, you’ll have time to journal your experience—capturing dream symbols, sensations, or messages before they fade.
What to Bring:
* A journal and pen
* Something comfortable to lie on (mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask) - $5 rental mats available in limited supply
