As part of the Life Science Venture Program, this session will explore what it takes to successfully build and scale a lab as a life science startup—from early planning through growth and commercialization. Establishing a functional, compliant, and efficient lab is a critical milestone for emerging companies, and the decisions made early can have lasting impacts on cost, productivity, and scalability. Attendees will also gain insight into how to avoid common missteps and plan for future expansion as research advances and teams grow.
