This is my first ‘open to all’ event, so bring your mates and come and get a sweat on🏃🏼♂️
The session will be interval based and at your own pace, so it’s inclusive to all, no matter your running ability or experience.

Arrive 18:35, for a prompt 18:45 start. We have exclusive hire of the track for the full hour, so let's make the most of it! There are toilets on site, should you need to get changed etc.
