Morning everyone. Looking forward to seeing those who can make it to our next meeting on Thursday 15th January, 6:00-8:00pm. Unfortunately our planned social media//digital marketing talk has been rescheduled (I know a few of you who can't make Thursday will be pleased!). New date coming very soon!
However we have the wonderful Suzanne Kent from Sessions of the Soul coming along to tell us about her new book, Notes for All the Journeys, and chat all things business and self-care. Suzanne is a brilliant local mindfulness and business coach. It will be a lovely session so please do come along if you are free. £5 for FHT members and £8 for other therapists/friends of the group. :)
