About this Event
The 3rd annual Lower Limb Preservation Symposium will bring together clinicians, partners, and community members for a meaningful day of learning, reflection, and skills development. The event will feature Indigenous cultural teachings alongside an update on LLP progress and achievements to date, highlighting the impact of this work across our communities.
In the afternoon, hands-on workshops will provide practical learning opportunities focused on
- Comprehensive lower limb assessment
- Wound assessment and cleansing techniques
- Plantar pressure redistribution through effective offloading strategies.
The symposium will conclude with a Cedar foot cleanse, reinforcing the integration of cultural practice and holistic care.
