On Wednesday, June 10th from 7:45–9:00 PM, Built to Last Mobility is hosting a Lower Body Unlocked Mobility Workshop at 871 Chemong Rd.
Most people try to solve tight hips, sore knees, and stiff hamstrings the wrong way.
They stretch randomly for 30 seconds…
They sit on a foam roller without really knowing what they’re doing…
Or they just accept that getting older means feeling tight and sore.
But your body is designed to move.
The problem is that modern life keeps us in the same positions all day — sitting in cars, sitting at desks, sitting on couches — and over time your body adapts to those positions.
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
• Why hips, knees, hamstrings, and low backs become stiff
• How mobility differs from stretching
• Simple mobility drills you can do at home
• How to reduce stiffness and improve movement quality
• How to feel better before problems turn into injuries
You’ll also go through guided mobility drills using tools like foam rollers and lacrosse balls, test your movement before and after, and leave with practical techniques you can immediately use on your own.
This workshop is designed for:
• Adults who sit a lot for work
• Athletes and martial artists
• Parents feeling more stiff as they age
• Anyone who wants to move better and feel better
No experience needed.
